Honestly, you won’t make it to the shuttle at 11 pm. However the EDC shuttle site says last shuttle is 1130 for standard shuttles. The best option would be to get off the plane and go to Rio ASAP and have bell hop desk at Rio hold your bags and then get the luggage after you return from edc for the night then head to your hotel.To be honest, the shuttle passes on Stubhub are not outrageously overpriced at the moment.
